The 2009 Home Run Derby has come and gone, with Milwaukee Brewer 1st baseman Prince Fielder taking the crown as Derby Champ at a sell-out Busch Stadium in St. Louis. He and Texas Ranger Nelson Cruz slugged it out in the finals, where Prince lived up to his name and won 6 to 5. Prince also launched the longest homer of the event, an astonishing 503 feet in the semis. Hometown favorite Albert Pujols was the odds on favorite in the stadium he calls home, but was eliminated after earning a spot in the semis by winning a 3-way HR-off between Pujols, Minnesota Twin Joe Mauer and Tampa Bay Ray Carlos Pena.
